I’m the voice behind The Friendly Fitness—an independent blogger who loves helping others live their healthiest and happiest lives. Our blogging beginnings stemmed from wanting to forge a community that gave real people practical advices, inspiring stories, and information that was useful in every day life. I will not assume the role of a doctor, or a personal trainer. I am just an average person who has dedicated years to deep diving into the world of health, wellness, and self-improvement. What you read on The Friendly Fitness is what I have experienced transferring to your knowledge, research, and genuine curiosity.
